Background
A group of nine Development
Agencies were reviewing how they had each implemented
a new model for providing business support. They wanted
to consider the extent to which they could and should
provide common, consistent services.
Paper Contracts was asked to do
preliminary research leading to a two-day conference
at which strategies could be discussed and agreed.
Results
We selected a small team
of highly experienced consultants to work across all
nine regions. They gathered evidence of the business
models in use highlighting examples of good practice
that might be replicated in other regions.
We produced a report that included
a number of operating model options for the Agencies
to consider. At the conference Paper Contract's consultants
facilitated a two-day 'summit' meeting. The options
were debated and agreement was reached on a core business
model.
