I’m David Gee and my company is Paper Contracts Programme Management.

I provide programme and project management services mainly to the public sector, in the fields of environmental strategy and infrastructure - specifically, resource (waste) management and district heating. My clients include central government departments and agencies and local government. However I have a background working with social enterprises and small to medium sized businesses, helping them to grow.

Working mainly in Scotland and England over the last twenty years I’ve built up valuable experience in strategy and programme development for sustainable resource management, recycling, and in decentralised low carbon energy.
