Paper Contracts – expert interim programme management

I’m David Gee and my company is Paper Contracts.

Paper Contracts has two aspects: interim programme management which I deliver myself, and consultancy services which I offer together with my associates.

I provide programme and project management services mainly to the public sector.  My clients include central government departments and agencies and local government.  However I have also spent much of my career working with social enterprises and small to medium sized businesses, helping them to grow.

Working mainly in Scotland and England over the last five or six years I’ve built up valuable experience in strategy and programme development for sustainable resource management,  recycling,  and in decentralised low carbon energy.  As the importance of these issues increases, and more legislation comes into force, it’s become a priority for local authorities and central government.

So what does this mean for you?

Interim programme management is about much more than an extra pair of hands.  Because of my experience I already understand your organisation and your stakeholders. I also understand the complexities and political sensitivities that need to be addressed if your programmes and projects are to be successful.  I get down to work from day one to make sure your objectives are met and the required results are delivered.

Working as a consultant, I can put together the right team of specialists to carry out an impartial analysis of an issue or opportunity.  I can recommend solutions, help to develop viable plans, or evaluate a programme or service.

Whether you want interim programme management or consultancy services, Paper Contracts gives you expert help when you need it.  For as long as you need it.

Why not find out what Paper Contracts can do for you?  I'd be delighted to talk about that.  And meanwhile, why not take a look at some case studies of work I've done for other organisations.
